For over a decade, I thrived in the corporate world.

I led successful projects, launched iconic products, and managed diverse teams. I helped businesses grow and innovate across various industries while traveling the world and learning from different cultures.

In 2014, I made the decision to step away from corporate life.

I started my own consultancy, training professionals and guiding businesses to unlock growth.

Through innovation, I helped them navigate complex markets and drive success.

In 2019, my husband and I took another bold step.

We moved from Colombia to Boston, facing not only a new business landscape but also a new life.

It was overwhelming, and I felt uncertain about the path ahead.

But I soon realized the same strategies I had used to help businesses innovate could be applied to my own career and life.
With that mindset, I rebuilt my business and repositioned myself in the U.S. market.
