Throughout my career, I have transitioned from delivering innovation through developing new products, processes, and strategies to leading teams responsible for generating these innovations. This shift sparked a question that drives me: What is needed to help others innovate? Los roles de innovaci\u00f3n en una empresa son diversos, especialmente cuando la innovaci\u00f3n se adopta no solo como una actividad funcional, sino como una mentalidad que impregna toda la organizaci\u00f3n. Uno de los roles m\u00e1s fundamentales es el del L\u00edder de Innovaci\u00f3n. En su libro Collective Genius: The Art and Practice of Leading Innovation(1)<\/em>, Linda Hill sugiere que el rol y las capacidades de un l\u00edder de innovaci\u00f3n difieren de las de los l\u00edderes tradicionales. En lugar de establecer una visi\u00f3n que otros deben seguir, un l\u00edder de innovaci\u00f3n crea un entorno donde las personas tienen la voluntad y la capacidad de abordar problemas desafiantes.<\/p>

Entonces, para crear ese entorno y la disposici\u00f3n para innovar, \u00bfqu\u00e9 deber\u00eda saber y ser capaz de hacer alguien que ayuda a otros a innovar? Esta consulta es especialmente relevante para los consultores externos que ofrecen dicho apoyo. Mi enfoque se basa en a\u00f1os de experiencia, enfrentando tanto las recompensas como los desaf\u00edos de la innovaci\u00f3n dentro de las organizaciones. He delineado cinco enfoques que promueven la innovaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Cinco enfoques que promueven la Innovaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

  • Enfoque Design Thinking:<\/strong> Popularizada por el m\u00e9todo de Design Thinking, esta mentalidad, que antes era exclusiva de los dise\u00f1adores, ahora se utiliza ampliamente para inspirar la innovaci\u00f3n. Es efectiva cuando se fundamenta en un prop\u00f3sito y estrategia claros, y se complementa con s\u00f3lidas metodolog\u00edas de exploraci\u00f3n, ideaci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/p><\/li>

  • Enfoque Antropol\u00f3gico:<\/strong> En mi opini\u00f3n, alineado tambi\u00e9n de Design thinking, se apalanca en metodolog\u00edas de conocimiento del consumidor, para promover la innovaci\u00f3n desde el conocimiento del usuario. Esta es una fuente primordial de identificaci\u00f3n de oportunidades y de validaci\u00f3n del valor que se podr\u00eda generar con una propuesta de innovaci\u00f3n.<\/p><\/li>

  • Enfoque de Ideaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Es quiz\u00e1s el enfoque m\u00e1s com\u00fan y, en mi opini\u00f3n, nivel m\u00e1s b\u00e1sico y se basa en el desarrollo de habilidades de soluci\u00f3n creativa de problemas. El rango de metodolog\u00edas para generar ideas es muy amplio, de las mas estructuradas (TRIZ, SCAMPER\u2026) a las menos estructuradas (Juegos, Brainstorming). Todas \u00fatiles como parte del proceso creativo y de la innovaci\u00f3n .<\/p><\/li>

  • Enfoque de Prototipado:<\/strong> Esencial para materializar la innovaci\u00f3n e impulsado por las metodolog\u00edas \u00e1giles, este enfoque implica experimentaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida, adoptando la mentalidad de los desarrolladores de 'fallar r\u00e1pido, fallar barato' y crear productos m\u00ednimos viables para probar y aprender de ideas y conceptos.<\/p><\/li>

  • Enfoque en Software de Innovaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Se enfoca en el uso de software para la gesti\u00f3n de ideas. Aunque es el enfoque es util, no es suficiente y no reemplaza el conocimiento y habilidades necesarias para hacer realidad la innovaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    Estos enfoques usados para ayudar a otros a innovar, a menudo se basan en\"los c\u00f3mos\u00a8<\/em>- Los procesos y las metodolog\u00edas - pero poco en\u00a0resultados <\/em>y h\u00e1bitos de las personas.<\/span>. \u00bfC\u00f3mo motivamos a cada persona a adoptar h\u00e1bitos innovadores? Dada la diversidad de enfoques y experiencias, \u00bfc\u00f3mo elegir el adecuado para tu organizaci\u00f3n? Al igual que al escoger un producto en los estantes de un supermercado, la responsabilidad recae en el usuario para determinar qu\u00e9 se ajusta mejor a sus necesidades. Es crucial clarificar tus objetivos de innovaci\u00f3n: \u00bfqu\u00e9 deseas lograr como individuo y como organizaci\u00f3n? \u2014 y tomar decisiones bien informadas sobre qu\u00e9 fuerzas internas o externas pueden ayudar a fomentar el contexto, la disposici\u00f3n y la capacidad para innovar.<\/p>

    O tal vez aplicar el mindset de Lean Startup para seleccionar quien te ayudar\u00e1 a innovar: Experimentar, testear, falla, aprender, y comenzar de nuevo; sin perder el deseo de innovar<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
