Por curiosidad, realic\u00e9 una b\u00fasqueda en mi LinkedIn para saber cu\u00e1ntas personas, dentro de mis contactos de 1 y 2 nivel, en Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, M\u00e9xico y Per\u00fa trabajan hoy en temas de innovaci\u00f3n. Esto fue lo que encontr\u00e9:<\/p><ul><li>174 Vice Presidentes de Innovaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>4,444 Directores of Innovaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>2,200 Gerentes de Innovaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>4,900 Managers de Innovaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>334 L\u00edderes de Innovaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>1,004 Consultores de Innovaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>464 Coordinadores de Innovaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>716 Jefes de Innovaci\u00f3n<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1b02028 e-flex e-con-boxed lakit-col-width-auto-no e-container e-root-container elementor-top-section e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"1b02028\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-466dd73 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"466dd73\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Me sorprendi\u00f3 ver la abundancia de personas dedicadas a la innovaci\u00f3n. Por el contrario, los ejemplos, casos y resultados innovadores, no son tan evidentes; La conversaci\u00f3n alrededor de las metodolog\u00edas y las herramientas sigue siendo el com\u00fan denominador.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-053b3a9 e-flex e-con-boxed lakit-col-width-auto-no e-container e-root-container elementor-top-section e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"053b3a9\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ff83cd0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ff83cd0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap\">Te tengo una noticia:  Aprender una o varias metodolog\u00edas, no te hace innovador.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-53a0a6f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"53a0a6f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es, entonces, lo que hace que una persona sea innovadora? (con resultados, no solo con buenas ideas).<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f00ab0b e-flex e-con-boxed lakit-col-width-auto-no e-container e-root-container elementor-top-section e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"f00ab0b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-908265d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"908265d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap\">Definitivamente se trata de un conjunto de habilidades (skills) y pr\u00e1cticas. Formas de pensar y actuar, que desarrollan las personas que no se quedan en \u201clo que es\u201d (statu quo) y son capaces de imaginar \u201clo que podr\u00eda ser\u201d (lo nuevo, innovador).<\/p><p class=\"mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap\">Existen muchos puntos de vista respecto a cuales son esas habilidades que caracterizan a una persona innovadora. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de tener o no el cargo formal de responsable de innovaci\u00f3n, cada d\u00eda, en cada cosa que hacemos a nivel profesional y personal, debemos innovar.
